  Lakmal's multimedia centre
Lakmal is a bright young Sri Lankan man, who is eager to put the devastation of the Tsunami behind him and focus on establishing a career. When Majella met him on her last visit to Sri Lanka, she was impressed by his obvious ability and helped him to purchase computer equipment, so he could open a multimedia centre. The centre offers numerous services including CD writing, scanning, photo editing, computer repairing, graphic designing. The centre also offers locals the chance to get access to computer training under the supervision of Lakmal.
Lakmal opened his shop on the 3rd of September, below is an extract of a letter he has written to Majella about the opening:

Dear Majella
So I was able to open my shop last 3rd. now I am doing it well. I think all thanks should be gone for you. Because you courage me and help me to start that shop. If you did not help me it would have gone away. However I have my own job now. I hope to develop it. Thank you very much for your help and you are great friend.
So website designing works are going well under the Veronique's instructions. And we hope to publish it as soon as possible. You will see it soon in online.
So thank you very much again and again for your helps, and I have attached few photos of which I took in opening ceremony of my shop.
